All bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and the odds displayed at the time of placement. 977pkr reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, events or accounts without prior notice. Bets are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled or reversed unless the event is voided under the rules below.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; obvious pricing errors occur; or market integrity concerns arise. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to your account balance in full.
In-play betting markets update in real time throughout a match. Odds can change rapidly. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds at the point of placement. Any bet placed during a brief suspension of a live market may be rejected if the market was closed at the time of your request.
For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, bets will be settled on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. If no official result is reached and the match is declared abandoned, stakes are returned.

If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, a final withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method after standard verification. Any uncompleted bonus wagering will be forfeited upon closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 977pkr may charge a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of PKR 200 against any remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Logging back in will reactivate the account and stop any fee deduction.
